Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Towntees, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.
If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited warranty policy for assistance.
General Return and Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, returns or exchanges will not be processed.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
- This policy does not apply to items clearly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
- For online orders, return shipping costs are not covered by [email protected].
Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected and complement this policy.
All returns must be sent back to Towntees in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.
If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Towntees will cover the return shipping costs and any restocking fees.
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The decision regarding the product’s condition and the application of this policy rests solely with Towntees.
Return and Exchange Process

Please note:
- Requests that do not meet the above criteria will not be authorized.
- Returns without prior authorization are ineligible for a refund, and Towntees is not responsible for lost goods.
For authorized returns or exchanges, Towntees will provide a prepaid return label. Follow the instructions provided and ensure all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary gifts are included.
Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and we will inform you of the approval or denial of your request based on its condition and Towntees‘s policies.
If approved:
- Exchanges will be processed promptly.
- Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after several days:
- Allow additional time for processing.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
